January meeting was called to order by Drew Allen 7:00pm

Kenny Simpson read the treasure report of $188.00

Steve Miracle Discussed the tabled motion from the October meeting. (see motion 1b)

Dave Blackstone stepped down as Vice President

Drew Allen stepped down as President

Kenny Simpson stepped down as Treasure

1.a) A motion was made to elect the following officers, 2nd and approved unanimously

Steve Miracle President (dropped his secretary position)

Kenny Simpson Vice President

Tommy Hoffer Treasure

Jim Kuhn Secretary

1.b) A motion was made to give the Angler of The Year a gift card along with a hat and jacket.

The money will be split between the yearly total of the 50/50 drawings and split evenly between the classic and the Angler of The Year.

2nd, and approved unanimously. (This will take effect during the 2013 year)

Kenny asked for volunteers to start a Banquet committee.

We now have about 5 people who will help with the Banquet.
